Divorce & Disolution
Stalwart Solicitors offers a fixed fee to deal with divorce or dissolution proceedings from start to finish, if undefended. If you are the Petitioner issuing proceedings, we charge a fixed fee of £1760 plus VAT and disbursements (£593 Court fee).
Our fixed fee as a Respondent on divorce or dissolution proceedings is £760 plus VAT.
Any divorce work outside of the remit of the fixed fee and financial proceedings on divorce or dissolution will be charged at the hourly rate of £398 plus VAT.

Stalwart Solicitors charged at the hourly rate of £398 plus VAT and disbursements on all other family and children matters as set out below.

Funding Options
Litigation Loans
It may be possible for you to obtain assistance with funding your matter through a litigation loan. We can sign post you in relation to where you could obtain a litigation loan, however Stalwart Solicitors does not endorse one particular provider.
Legal Aid
Legal Aid is available in some family matters which could include Prohibited Steps Orders, Non Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Forced Marriage Protection Orders. You would, however, need to meet the means and merits eligibility criteria. We do not offer Legal Aid (government funding ) at Stalwart Solicitors.
